breast implants?
Question by nostupidquestions: breast implants?
I’m going to be getting breast implants but the problem is I’m worried that because my breast are so small now (32 A ) that the implant will show. Does any women out there know what i’m talking about? Any advice is appreciated. thnx

Consider getting silicone under the muscle. Silicone is much softer and more natural looking. Plus, if you place under the pectoral muscle, it will further enhance the natural appearance and won’t appear hard and “fake”. Talk to your doctor about this. It also depends on how much existing breast tissue you have… Good luck!

Well I am not a woman. But you don’t want large breast. They will cause you to have back problems. Just ask any doctor.

I had my augmentation 10 days ago, and understand exactly what you mean. I also started out flat 34AA. Someone previously mentioned silicone gels under the muscle. They tend to give a more natural look and are less prone to rippling. This is when you can see the implant bulge. Bottoming out is the risk when the pocket is over-disected and the implant falls too far down. Then, you see the implant through the skin.
But, the decision of implant placement shoudl be decided between you and your plastic surgeon. He/she will be the expert to know how the implants will look best on your frame. And, he/she will know the right size implant that your body can handle to avoid bottoming out.
One website I reccommend is http://www.justbreastimplants.com and to the very far right, click on the forum section. These message boards are filled with knowledgable and experienced women who happily share their augmentation stories. I have learned so much about placement, incision site, silicone, complications, etc. I’m very happy with my new look and I owe a lot of my recovery to these women on the forum message boards.
