What should someone expect when going to a class titled like this? Will it help build muscle? Is this class usually for one gender or is there normally a mix of both?

I’m not sure if the class “screams” one gender or the other but the name seems somewhat neutral (comparing it to “body sculpting” which might sound/read more masculine or “body shaping” which sounds more feminine). Could you call or check it out before you throw down your money? Many gyms will even allow you to attend a class or two to determine whether or not you like it.

Hopefully, you’ll be able to get some information prior to attending. If not, this might be a great adventure for a single guy.
