It is to give you some self esteem? because society says you don't look attractive without big knockers and you buy into the fad? because you think guys will be more attracted to you if you have bigger boobs? Breast augmentations are elective, cosmetic surgery. Because it's surgery, it will hurt and while you are recovering, you will be in a lot of pain. I've yet to see a "good boob job" that cost less than $10k. And there are plenty of BAD boob jobs out there. In cosmetic surgery, you do get what you pay for and sometimes you get a little less. Everyone who gets it does it for different personal reasons so whether or not it's worth it would depend on the individual. A better question is how much is your personal vanity worth? Is it worth the risk of surgery? Years from now, when your skin loses elasticity and the implants hang like bowling balls in a plastic shopping bag, and give you back problems, will it be worth it?
