You CAN breastfeed after having a breast augmentation. You can even get silicone and breast feed (gasp, shocking I know!). Get some real advice instead of what these folks have to say. There's this great forum at www.breastimplants411.com. The ladies there can give you a heads up on anything you want to know. My advice? If you plan on having another kid within the next 3 years...wait. If any longer than that, get 'em done. Good luck to you :) God people are stupid.
