Take a needle, and fill them full of Vegtable Oil…

If you want them to appear bigger, take a lip liner, and put it on, and then gently blend it towards your lip (so you don’t have a dark line)
then put lipstick and lipgloss overtop!

They sell lip glosses that are specifically for plumping lips. They have special vitamins and stuff. I have one from Loreal. Buy it at any local drug store
