@0neofthem do interval training in the treamill run as fast as u can for 30 seconds then rest for 10 seconds then do it u wanna do this for 15 minutes.

That’s not always the point though. Some people are healthy and exercise all the time. Unfortunately, certain areas of the body do not respond well to it so fat stores there.

I’m sure you’ve seen people who were thin but had a chubby face. That’s the perfect example.

Really? Is that in 1 area? I have been doing mma training for nearly a year and have been eating much much better, I have lost 30 pnds but want to lose another 20-25. I’m not lazy, it’s just tough, that’s genetics on my side. How much do u think they would charge me to do my gut, sides and chest?

my girlfriend is getting it done for 3,000. thats with harmone pills, shots, and jet lipo. theyre giving her a great deal because of how she looked before she gained weight. they took one look at her pics and said “WOW you have to get this done.”

I fasted an lost a lb a day for a total of 20 lbs. fat, much of it that dimpling cellulite stuff. Gotta stay away from salt and all processed foods that have it.

what’s too bad is you have to be at a certain fat level in order to get liposuction, so those in good shape who want additional shaping have to put on fat before surgery. The after results before people get back to their pre surgery levels are shorter than they could be.
